Terms and Conditions

Claims

  • Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

  • Claims regarding product quality must be submitted to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

  • Products that are damaged may be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

  • No returns or exchanges or refunds on product accepted after 30 days of receiving goods.

  • No returns on Furniture, Exchanges are acceptable only on manufacturer defects.

  • No returns, exchanges or refunds on equipment after 30 days from the date of purchase. Call manufacturer for warranty information.

  • All returns must be in good condition and in original packaging.

  • No returns on promotional items, sale items or clearance items.

  • No returns on products due to misuse or abuse.

No returns on nail polish, eyelashes, precision instruments and/or similar products with hygiene concerns.

All charges for equipment repair will include shipping charges unless pick up is arranged with BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY.

All justified returns and claims will be refunded to your charge card.

Returns Policy

No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice and must be approved in advance. All returns require a Return Authorization form from BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY.

 

Products purchased at the BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY web store must be returned to the distribution centre in RICHMOND HILL only.

 

All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization.

 

Freight collect returns without a Return Authorization form will be refused.

Shortages/Damages

When receiving your shipment, always check to make sure you have received all your packages. If you are missing a package you should note the missing package on the delivery receipt. Please contact courier as soon as possible to notify them that not all packages for your order were delivered.

Damages to Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the courier service immediately to report the damage. If any items inside the packaging arrive damaged, please notify BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY Customer Service within 48 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Form for a refund.

Restocking Charge

Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge and shipping charges.
