Shipping Policy

BNP Beauty supply offers free shipping for qualify orders:

• Greater Toronto Area: orders over $100
• Ontario(Outside of GTA):  orders over $120
• Canada wide & U.S: orders over $150

Free shipping offer is NOT available for:

• Oversized/over-weight items (Furniture and heavy products)
• Flammable liquids

Please contact us if you wish to process your order with oversize/over-weight items.

Order processing time: Within 24 hrs after the order is placed (not counting weekends). We recommend you to place order before 2pm to ensure it is picked up by courier on the same day. 

We truly value our customers and strive to offer competitive prices. For orders that enjoyed free shipping, please be advised that a 4% platform processing fee, in addition to the carrier's original shipping fee, will be applied to refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Period: Counting from the day your order is marked shipped (in an email), provinces in Canada: 1~3 days, some 4~7 days. US orders may take approximately 1 week. Please note that shipping delays may occur, as certain factors are beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We sincerely value your business and want to ensure the timely delivery of your packages.

 

Carrier: In most cases your order will be delieverd by UPS since they usually estimate the shortest delivery time. 




Refund Policy

• No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice and must be approved in advance. All returns require a Return Authorization form from BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY.
• Products purchased at the BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY web store must be returned to the distribution centre in RICHMOND HILL only.
• All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization.
• Freight collect returns without a Return Authorization form will be refused.
• Please contact BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY for return approval and Return Authorization Form

Terms and condition for claims

• Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
• Claims regarding product quality must be submitted to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• Products that are damaged may be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
• No returns or exchanges or refunds on product accepted after 30 days of receiving goods.
• No returns on Furniture, Exchanges are acceptable only on manufacturer defects.
• No returns, exchanges or refunds on equipment after 30 days from the date of purchase. Call manufacturer for warranty information.
• All returns must be in good condition and in original packaging.
• No returns on promotional items, sale items or clearance items.
• No returns on products due to misuse or abuse.
