Refund/Exchange Policy

We recommend that you carefully evaluate the items you intend to purchase and conduct thorough research beforehand, as slight variations may occur due to factors like lighting and screen settings. Additionally, product names do not always accurately reflect the features or colors. Certain products are meant for professional use only and require specialized knowledge and skills for proper application. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or incorrect usage. If you have any questions regarding a product, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always here for you.

All markdown items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons:  Cuticle & Massage Oils, Face Masks, Fungus Treatments, Lashes, and any used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to exchange it, all products must be unused, new, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and undamaged during shipping, we will issue store credit to your account
  • For international orders, any customs fees charged to us will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • In extremely special cases, online orders approved for refund requests will incur a 4% platform fee.(For orders that enjoyed free shipping, please be advised that the carrier's original shipping fee will be applied to refunds, along with the platform fee.) Thank you for your understanding.
  • In extremely special cases, all in-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store and will incur a 4% transaction fee.

When placing your order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your product selection meets your needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS

  • Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
  • Claims regarding product quality must be submitted to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged may be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • No returns or exchanges or refunds on product accepted after 15 days of receiving goods.
  • No returns on Furniture, Exchanges are acceptable ONLY on manufacturer defects.
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds on equipment after 15 days from the date of purchase. Call the manufacturer for warranty information.
  • All returns must be in good condition and in original packaging.
  • No returns on promotional items, sale items or clearance items.
  • No returns on products due to misuse or abuse.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

  • While we strive to ensure quality products, issues with manufacturers may occur. Please accept our apologies if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Kindly provide us with images, and we will investigate the situation to determine whether to send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • To initiate the process, please send a request to sales@bnpbeautysupply.com or our live chatbox within 2 days of receiving the product with the following information:
  • 1: Order number, your full name
  • 2: The name of the product & the nature of the defect or incorrect item
  • 3: Picture of the product with its original packaging
  • Please note that the process may take up to 5 business days. Once evaluated and approved, we will issue you store credit or ship a replacement.
