Remove eyelash extensions quickly, safely and comfortably with SKY Gel Remover — a clear, low-odor gel formulated to dissolve professional lash adhesive without harsh rubbing or pulling. The gel texture adheres to the glue so removal is controlled and effective, reducing tension on natural lashes. Ideal for salons and at-home touchups (when used by trained professionals), SKY Gel Remover works on most popular glue types and is designed for sensitive eyes. Available in three stylish caps (pink, blue, green), 15g tube.

How it works: 
Apply a small amount of gel to the bonded glue area, wait a short time for the gel to penetrate the adhesive, then gently slide or brush extensions away. Follow with a gentle lash cleanser and conditioning serum. Recommended to have the client sit upright during removal and always perform a patch/sensitivity test first. 
Safety & notes: 
Contains Gamma-Butyrolactone, Dimethylketone, Ethyl alcohol and cellulose. Not for application to broken or irritated skin. Avoid direct contact with eyes — rinse immediately if product gets into eye. Keep away from children. Perform a patch test for allergic reactions prior to use.
FAQ:
Q: Is this remover safe for natural lashes?
A: Yes — when used properly it dissolves adhesive without pulling, helping protect natural lashes. Always follow directions and avoid using on broken or irritated skin. 
Q: How long does removal take?
A: Most extensions release within 30 seconds–3 minutes depending on glue type and application method. Start with a short application and repeat if necessary.
Q: Can I use this if I have sensitive eyes?
A: The gel is low-odor and formulated for sensitive eyes, but perform a patch test first and avoid direct contact with the eye itself. 
Q: Do I need a special tool to remove extensions?
A: Use micro brushes, gel-tipped applicators, or fine tweezers to apply and remove the gel. Always work gently to avoid stressing the natural lash.
Q: How should I store it?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children. Seal the cap tightly after use.

Delivery Period: Counting from the day your order is marked shipped (in an email), provinces in Canada: 1~3 days, some 4~7 days. US orders may take approximately 1 week. Carrier: In most cases your order will be delieverd by UPS since they usually estimate the shortest delivery time.

All markdown items are final sales and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons:  Cuticle & Massage Oils, Face Masks, Fungus Treatments, Lashes, and any used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to exchange it, all products must be unused, new, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the items and confirm they are unused and undamaged during shipping, we will issue store credit to your account
  • For international orders, any customs fees charged to us will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • In extremely special cases, online orders approved for refund requests will incur a 4% platform fee.(For orders that enjoyed free shipping, please be advised that the carrier's original shipping fee will be applied to refunds, along with the platform fee.) Thank you for your understanding.
  • In extremely special cases, all in-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store and will incur a 4% transaction fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS

  • Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
  • Claims regarding product quality must be submitted to BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged may be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • No returns or exchanges or refunds on product accepted after 15 days of receiving goods.
  • No returns on Furniture, Exchanges are acceptable ONLY on manufacturer defects.
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds on equipment after 15 days from the date of purchase. Call the manufacturer for warranty information.
  • All returns must be in good condition and in original packaging.
  • No returns on promotional items, sale items or clearance items.
  • No returns on products due to misuse or abuse.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)

  • While we strive to ensure quality products, issues with manufacturers may occur. Please accept our apologies if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Kindly provide us with images, and we will investigate the situation to determine whether to send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Order placed online for return/exchange due to defective items, a return label will be provided, and store staff will need to examine the product after receiving the package. Your replacement or refund will be processed after 1-3 business days after we receive the return package.
